It was by chance all of us were together that night, partying and having a good old time in downtown Ottawa. I just came across this photo of these ladies out on the town and decided to post it as a way to congratulate them all at once. What are the chances that two of these ladies just very recently had their baby, and one of them is due in a few months. Oh my wife is not pregos, but we did start trying. Congrats ladies!

Read MoreThis is Heidi's uncle Harry. I have only met him a couple times and in this photo was the last time I saw Harry. He never said much to me; gave me a beer at this occasion, while giving me the "you better take care of Heidi" face. I have grown familiar to that face, not just from Harry of course. It was at his home in Gilmour, where Heidi and I visited Harry and his wife Marion. We were able to spend a sunny afternoon there and where I grabbed this photograph as Heidi was caught up down memory lane with her family. It was a lovely time and I wish I had more time to get to know him. May he rest in peace.
