Afropunk fashion shoot final instalment

Here are the final edits from a recent fashion shoot I did with Chineye Ifedi (MUA), Erica Iffil (wardrobe), Nesserine Haidar (hair), and Lareinaa Aloysious (model). This is a very different look from the other two series. I also added another image from the first series as well. Please let me know what you think?

Afropunk Fashion Shoot Continued

Here is more from a recent fashion shoot I did with Chineye Ifedi (MUA), Erica Iffil (wardrobe), Nesserine Haidar (hair), and Lareinaa Aloysious (model). I am very slow at post production, I literally sit there for hours playing around with very little change. I hope you like this series in the sunset.

Tory Tait

Here are a few looks I did for Victoria recently in the studio. When you are super smart like her, people ask for your headshot so they can publish things you write about. Me, I can barely write three sentences correctly to make a paragraph, and even then it takes me 45 minutes. How then am I suppose to write more "engaging" content to get more "likes" the way those email marketers in my junk inbox suggest? I guess, I will stick with what I am good at; taking pictures. Is that how you use a semicolon? I learned how about 20 times in the past two years but forget within 48 hours and revert back to my grade 6 muddy explanation.

Afropunk Fashion Shoot

Here is a teaser from a recent fashion shoot I did with Chineye Ifedi (MUA), Erica Iffil (wardrobe), Nesserine Haidar (hair), and Lareinaa Aloysious (model). I have been brainstorming concepts with Chineye all month, so we have lots of great stuff to come for the summer, but this is this first shoot we worked together on. We probably should have worked together first before brainstorming on a million projects, but artists are not the most logical.  Regardless, everything worked out and as team we all worked well together.  I can't wait to keep editing the rest of the images from the shoot. Thanks ladies for a fun time.

Aquaman

Francois is businessman by day and scuba instructor by night. He makes million-dollar deals during the day and fights monsters under the sea on the weekends. Actually, I have no idea what he does but he looks good infront of the camera, don't you think?

Patricia Lee

This is a recent shoot I did with Patricia Lee Personal Training. She provides fitness training and nutrition counselling to individuals or groups in the Ottawa area. Actually, Heidi (my wife) just had her first class with her yesterday and she can't wait till her next. Did you make a new year resolution to eat better or work out? Have you stuck to those commitments? If not maybe Patricia is what you need to motivate you back into shape?
