I decided to go this route because I was just way too stiff to attend a normal beginners class. I have always dealt with back problems, and went to Jessica Ballard for some private classes to help me out and get me more flexible. And while I was not lazy, it was going great and things were looking promising, but as with everything I do...laziness prevailed. But, one day I will return!
